Income Insurance

employees when a covered accident or illness keeps them away from work for an
extended time, whether they are at home or in the hospital.
Critical Illness
Coverage
Thanks to medical advances,
more and more Americans are surviving major medical crisis – cancer,
strokes, heart attacks and
kidney failure, transplants, paraplegia and quadriplegia. Individuals
experiencing a medical crisis
are often left with tremendous expenses not covered by their primary health
coverage, such as deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, loss of income,
mortgage payments, childcare, lodging, and convalescence. Critical Illness
coverage eases the financial pressure by providing a lump sum cash benefit upon the
diagnosis of a covered illness.
Cancer
Expense Insurance
Your major medical insurance
covers most of the direct charges such as hospital and physician bills, but
not indirect costs, which can
include: loss of wages while receiving treatment or while caring for a family
member, Insurance deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, private duty nursing,
experimental treatment, transportation
to specialty treatment centers, etc.
Identity Theft
Do you know what to do if
someone stole your identity? Identity theft coverage provides peace of
mind during the process of restoring your name and credit. Credit Reports,
Credit Monitoring, fraud alerts, and contacts with credit card
companies, financial institutions, Social Security administrations, Department of Motor Vehicles, U.S. Post
Office, law enforcement agencies, and all 3 credit bureaus.
Legal
Coverage
Offers employees an array of
legal services. Consultations, legal document reviews, Will preparation,
representation for traffic violations, defense of civil suits, IRS Audit
representation.
Supplemental limited
benefit medical expense – Gap Insurance
Low-cost benefit that helps
pay for out-of-pocket expenses while covered persons are confined in the
hospital or are outpatients. The coverage provides three types of benefits:
outpatient for emergency room treatment, diagnostic testing, and outpatient
surgery; physician for outpatient treatment at an emergency room physicians
office, or clinic; and in-hospital for the difference between actual inpatient
expenses and the amount paid by other medical plans for the out-of-pocket
covered charges.
Long
Term Care (LTC)
Provides for expenses when
skilled nursing or rehabilitative care is required for extended periods. This
care may be provided as skilled nursing care on a daily basis, as intermediate
care on an occasional basis, or as custodial care when activities of daily
living can be assisted by someone without medical training. These expenses may
be incurred as home health care, adult day care, or in a non-hospital care
facility (such as nursing home or assisted living facilities).
